Outcast Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to Advocating, Informing and Rescuing America’s Most Misjudged Dog Breeds – The Pit Bull and The Rottweiler. Pennsylvania is our primary area of operation.
We do not have a shelter facility. Our volunteer foster homes take these wonderful animals into their homes until we find their forever families.
